FALL SEMESTER FOREIGN STUDENTS GRADUATE APPLICATION PROCEDURES:

Foreign applicants are required to apply to graduate programs personally between 17th and 26th of June 2019 between 9⁰⁰-17⁰⁰  hours to the Foreign Education Unit of the University Education and Foreign Relations Coordinator. The applications can be made by a power of attorney.

Foreign students have to meet the application criteria of the department.

Required Documents:

Foreign National Application Form,

Original passport and certified copy,

If undergraduate and/or graduate program(s) are completed in Turkey, diploma and transcript of those programs are required for the application

If  undergraduate and / or master's degree is completed abroad; A copy of the equivalence / school recognition certificate issued by the Council of Higher Education (YÖK), the original copy of the diplomas and transcripts and a notarized photocopy of them in  Turkish language (In the translations, diploma and transcripts’ (general point average) GPA’s should be indicated).

Students doing their undergraduate study in Turkey: ALES certificate with validation code

GRE / GMAT result document and their notarized copy,

Foreign Language Exam Result Certificate (Central foreign language exams or international foreign language exams accepted by the Council of Higher Education) for the applicants applying for graduate programs,

TÖMER document must be at least C1 level (Turkish proficiency document is not required for: foreign students whose official language is Turkish, foreign students who completed their undergraduate/ MA (with thesis) education in Turkey or students applying for a program whose medium of instruction is English)

2 biometric feature (5x6 cm white background) passport photos.
